Co-Advisors: Mr. Small and Mrs. Logandro
The Teen Prevention Education Program (Teen PEP) is a comprehensive, sexual health program that utilizes peer-to-peer education to increase students' knowledge, attitudes, skills, and behaviors associated with healthy decision-making.
In their role as peer educators, select seniors will be trained to work as group discussion leaders and positive role models for freshmen peers. During workshops, peer educators will lead discussions with freshmen about common challenges, centered around sex and sexuality, facing high school students.
Our Target: To equip students with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to avoid STIs, HIV, and unintended pregnancy.
