• Due to anticipated transportation issues related to Covid-19 the district is encouraging parents/guardians to drive athletes to away games and meets.  The form below must be completed in order for an athlete to be transported by their parent/guardian.  Please submit the completed form to the Timber Creek Athletics Office at least 24 hours prior to an event.  

    The form can be completed for individual events or one time per season, if each competition date is specifically mentioned.  For example, stating "season," "away games," or "all events" is not acceptable.  

    Please note, athletes are not permitted to drive to away games on their own.
