All outside Use of Facilities - Outside Groups

All inside and outside Use of Facility requests will only be granted to groups from within our communities at this time.  All groups requesting space will need to follow all of the Black Horse Pike Regional School District's current COVID protocols.
 

All outside organizations must create an account through ML schedules to request to reserve a space to schedule an event in one of our facilities. Applications must be submitted through the ML Schedules system , paper applications will no longer be accepted.

Request must be made, with all appropriate paperwork, no sooner that 2 weeks before the monthly school board meeting to be approved this month.  Any requests made within the 2 weeks of a meeting will have to wait until the next month.
