A.    PERSONNEL

1.  Co-curriculum Appointments                                                                                                           

The Superintendent recommends the persons shown on schedule A, highlighted in yellow,
be appointed to the listed co-curriculum/athletic coaching positions at the stipends shown
for the 2021-2022 school year and are paid for time served in the positions.  
Approval is recommended.




2.  Approval: Change in Assignment

The Superintendent recommends Board of Education approval of the change in assignment for the
individual listed on the schedule for the 2021-2022 school year.  Details are shown on SCHEDULE B.
 


3.  Approval: Rescind Appointment

The Superintendent recommends Board of Education approval to rescind the appointment of T. Dukes
as a General Cafeteria worker for the 2021-2022 school year.


4.  Approval: FMLA & Medical Leave of Absence

The Superintendent recommends the Board of Education approve the leave of absence for the
following employees:

#1817, has requested a medical leave of absence beginning May 19, 2022, through
June 16, 2022, using sick time.

#1966, has requested FMLA beginning March 28, 2022, through June 17, 2022, unpaid.

#1524, has requested maternity leave of absence beginning April 1, 2022, through
June 30, 2022, using 13 sick days, 2 personal days then unpaid.

#1798, has requested a medical leave of absence beginning January 12, 2022, through
February 3, 2022, using sick time.


5.  Approval Resignation

J. Payne, a Special Education Aide for the JT2 Program, has submitted a letter of resignation, to
be effective on January 17, 2022. The Superintendent recommends acceptance of the resignation.

The Superintendent recommends Board of Education approval of the Work Based Learning
