What happens if my child is removed from the program?

AFJROTC has the authority to remove a cadet for misbehavior, failure to conform to expectations and any other serious misconduct. Removal will usually occur after a cadet has received verbal counseling and administrative action in the form of letters of counselling or reprimand that are sent home to be signed. However, these administrative actions can be skipped if an action is serious enough, such as the instigation of a fight in uniform or an action that can be harmful to others and that brings discredit to the unit. If a removal request is sent to guidance and approved by the Principal, guidance will work on placing the student in another class. If the removed student was a transfer from TC or Triton, that student will be transferred back to that school.
