Principal's Message...
Welcome to Highland Regional High School, territory of the Tartans!
Serving the past few years as Principal of HHS has been extremely rewarding. It has been a pleasure to observe our excellent faculty and staff. They are compassionate, dedicated, professionals who enjoy creating a learning environment that recognizes and celebrates student growth. As educators, one of our important goals is to develop students' identities as learners in a rapidly changing world. Hence, we create a space where all Highland students feel welcome and safe, allowing them to explore and accept the challenge of learning. The knowledge and skills offered throughout their academic courses and in their interest-specific programs result in a lifetime interest in succeeding.
Earl Nightengale said, " Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway."
We at Highland serve our student body with a sincere commitment to the philosophy of the "whole child approach to education."
The excitement of the faculty/staff and the cherished student body coming together for the 2024-2025 school year is felt once again. Using an open-door philosophy, I enjoy spending my days working with the students and faculty/staff.
