    NOMINEES

Cheerleading- Jordan Wilson: Jordan is a 4 year Varsity Senior captain. She has assisted the team so much this year with all of our setbacks. She took charge of making the banner for home football games since we couldn’t make them at home. She has also came out of her shell to be a leader of her team.

Football-Mike D’Amico: Mike has been a 3 year starter for us, and a two year captain. Mike excels both in the classroom and on the field.

Field Hockey- Kylie Flite: Kylie has been the most consistent player for us this year.  She has improved tremendously this season and has made a huge impact for us on the defensive end.   Her confidence allows her to control the ball and help her teammates.  She is always the first one cheering everyone on, and is a true role model for the underclassmen.

Girls XC- Heather Mattern: Heather helped her team to their 1st Conference Championship in 10 years this season. Directly responsible for the win that secured the title, Heather defeated two Delsea athletes by overtaking them in the final 100 meters, which enabled the team to then defeat Delsea by 1 point!

Boys XC- Cole Wassell: He helped the team to Sectional Group 3 Title and was the Individual Champion. He also was named 1st Team All South Jersey and Co-Runner of the Year.

Girls Soccer- Emily Rossino: Emily is a Sophomore transfer this year. This was her first season playing for us at Highland and she stepped up big time. She had a rough year and was forced to transfer to a new school, but ended up fitting in with our team perfectly. She is coachable, kind and one of the hardest working girls on the field. She is competitive and cares about the outcome of practices and games. She made a huge impact on our team this year and kept us in many games this season being strong in the net. Without her, we would have lost many games. She kept us in the running throughout the season.
