In order to hold a fundraising event, you must submit the “Fundraising Request Form” for approval PRIOR to the event being held.
Before submitting, please check the Fundraising Calendar and the Use of Facilities Calendar to ensure there are no conflicting dates with another fundraiser.
Once your fundraiser is approved, we will add it to the Fundraising Calendar and you must submit the Use of Facilities request, if needed.
