The National Society was founded and is sponsored by Sigma Tau Delta, the only national organization for high school students and faculty who, in the field of English, merit special note for past and current accomplishments. Our national affiliation as The Double Think Chapter ensures that our inductees meet rigorous standards that enable us to confer distinction upon them for high achievement in English language and literature.
