The school's main entrance is located by the flag pole outside the school building, next to the auditorium. Parents or guardians requesting access to the school should be aware of the following:
- Ring the doorbell to communicate with security personnel regarding your need to enter the building.
- Be prepared to show your ID.
- Unless a visitor has an appointment with a school employee, visitors will be asked to wait in the vestibule area and will not be let into the school.
- Visitors who have to travel to a part of the building beyond the main office/security desk will be asked to wear a visitor's badge, which should be returned as the visitor exits the building.
- EARLY DISMISSALS: Best practice is for a parent/guardian to communicate the need for a student's early dismissal with the grade level vice principal's office, so the student is ready at the necessary pickup time.
- Students who leave prior to 11:20 a.m. will be charged a full day, unexcused absence.
- Students who leave after 11:20 a.m. will be charged a half day, unexcused absence.
- Parents/guardians dropping off items to the school can leave the item in the designated area inside the vestibule. Students will not be called out of class to collect dropped off items.
- The school will not accept fast food deliveries to students during the school day.
