    Scholarship Competition

    What is Miss TC?

    The Miss Timber Creek Competition consists of 15-25 of the top females in the senior class. These young women should exhibit good character, intelligence, personality, self-confidence, and school spirit. We are looking for female seniors in good academic and disciplinary standing, who will be dedicated to the program. Throughout the school year the contestants are required to attend meetings and participate in fundraisers and community service. The contestants are responsible for submitting an essay and teacher recommendation. The competition includes a private interview with 5-7 judges, casual and evening wear competitions, and an on-stage question about Timber Creek High School and/or things that will let the audience and judges in on a contestant’s character/intelligence/outlook on life. In addition to the competition, the contestants will bond with their peers while raising funds for scholarships, distributing charitable donations, and growing as individuals through confidence-building activities. In the past 5 years we have distributed over $35,000 in college scholarships and charitable donations.
