Students, if you are experiencing Chromebook issues, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you send the email, you will receive an auto-response email providing you with troubleshooting steps that may fix your issue.
Students, please be advised that Mr. Dickerson is available before school, during both enrichment periods, and after school to fix all Chromebook issues in C-104 (Technology Office).
Lastly, students, please remember to charge your Chromebook every night before school. If you come to school and your Chromebook is dead, please do not come to Mr. Dickerson's office instead either use the charging station in the LMC or the available charger in your teacher's classroom.
Teachers, if you are experiencing any technical issues with your laptop or equipment in your classroom, please email email@example.com. Once you send the email, a technician will either reply or come to your classroom as soon as possible. Teachers, please refrain from calling Mr. Dickerson's extension x6031 unless it's an absolute technical emergency.
Lastly, teachers, please be advised that all use of facilities requiring A/V assistance needs to be followed up with an email to Mr. Dickerson firstname.lastname@example.org. If your event requires A/V assistance after hours, please give Mr. Dickerson at least a 30-day notice.
