• Senior Trip Information is Finally Here!

    Please see the attached flyer below for all the important information you will need about the Class of 2025 Senior Trip. This information has also been shared on all class socials and Google Classroom. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Kozak or Mrs. Reese or contact us via email. If you would like to make a payment or a deposit to reserve your spot, please see Mr. Kozak in E113 during Charger Time or after school. We hope to see all of you in Florida from March 24-28, 2025 to make memories that will last you a lifetime. 


    Required Payment Deadlines

    $500 Paid by September 20, 2024

    $1050 Paid by November 15, 2024

    Trip Paid in Full by December 13, 2024


    Senior Trip Info


    We are excited to announce that over 100 students have already signed up to attend the trip next year and the number is sure to grow as we head back to school in September.


    This is a reminder to everyone planning to attend the Senior Trip. You must have at least $500 paid towards the trip by September 20, 2024. So what does this mean? 


    If you have already paid $500 or more towards the trip, you do not need to pay anything additional at this time, but can make additional payments to get ahead. If you only paid the suggested $300 deposit so far, you must pay at least an additional $200 by September 20, 2024 to remain on the list for the trip. If you haven’t signed up yet and would still like to attend, you can sign up for the trip by paying at least $500 by September 20, 2024. 


    Any student that has not paid a minimum of $500 by September 20, 2024 is subject to removal from the trip list and students cannot be added after this date. 


    We have also been in contact with the travel agency and we are excited to offer some new trip options for your consideration based on many of the requests we have received! The standard advertised $1900 trip price is based on a four person occupancy per room on the trip. All rooms have two queen beds. If you prefer not to share a bed with another student, you may want to consider one of the alternative options. We are now able to offer the housing options listed below for the trip:

    • 4 Person Room Occupancy Trip Cost Per Person: $1900 (As Advertised)

    • 3 Person Room Occupancy Trip Cost Per Person: $1950 ($50 Additional)

    • 2 Person Room Occupancy Trip Cost Per Person: $2060 ($160 Additional)

    Room Options

    Although roommate lists won’t be arranged until the fall, we would need to be notified of any room option changes on or before September 20, 2024. All members of a room will need to pay the additional fee if opting into a housing option of less than four people. Talk to your friends that you plan to room with now to decide what works best for you and your group.If you are planning to be in a room of four people, there is nothing you need to do at this time. We only need to be notified if you are choosing to have less than four people in your room. 


    Keep an eye out because the second payment deadline will be here before you know it on November 15, 2024. Please check our class page on the school’s website or our Google Classroom for more details. As a reminder, payments can be made in cash, money order/check (payable to Timber Creek High School), or MySchoolBucks. Payments should be given to Mr. Kozak in E113.  Please contact Mr. Kozak or Mrs. Reese with any questions or clarifications about the Senior Trip.

    Please see the attachments to review for the recommended optional travel insurance.

    • Attachment "TIMBER CREEK HS" contains a website link specific to your school to purchase the optional travel insurance. Please click on this link to visit Travel Insured if interested to purchase the insurance.

          o DO NOT call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing and your policy will not be linked to the group.

    • Attachment “SD23” is a flyer which outlines the pricing and terms and conditions. There is a telephone number for Travel Insured on this flyer if you have any further questions please contact them directly.

          o The optional “Cancel For Any Reason” must be purchased by the time sensitive date listed on the “High School” attachment. No exceptions can be made.  

          o NO travel insurance can be purchased once final payment has been made to the school. If a family pays their trip in full as example at first deposit they will not be able to purchase the travel insurance.
