With a foundation of strong district and school leadership, a positive school culture and climate and family and community engagement, NJTSS builds on Intervention and Referral Services (I&RS) and gives schools structure to meet the
academic, behavioral, health, enrichment and social/emotional needs of all students.”

In Black Horse Pike Regional School District (BHPRSD), Response to Intervention (RTI) services are offered to all students who may need interventions and/or strategies in the area of Academics, Behavior, Health, or Attendance. The district offers a variety of academic and support services to meet the instructional and emotional needs of our students. The goal is to use our available resources to support your child in his or her efforts to be successful in meeting the New Jersey State Learning Standards, graduation requirements, and achieving their mental health goals.
